Can you confirm there is enough space for our set-up? *

We need an area of around 10×10 with easy access. This means no stairs or narrow alleyways. Our oven is approximately 3 ft wide × 4 ft long × 5 ft tall and weighs 300 lbs. We also offer a smaller tabletop oven if you have limited space.

Please confirm that the designated cooking area is a non-combustible surface. *

For safety reasons, our wood-fired ovens cannot be operated on surfaces susceptible to burning or melting, including artificial turf, wooden or plastic decking, and rugs.

We do not provide disposable dinnerware. Can you confirm you will cover that? *
